HCC Appoints Vivek Singhal as Chief Executive Officer

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) announced the appointment of Mr. Vivek Singhal as its Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Person, effective November 5, 2026. Mr. Singhal brings over 38 years of experience in EPC and infrastructure, with a strong background in leadership, project execution, business development, and P&L management. His international experience includes managing projects worth over US$3 billion across five countries. Prior to this appointment, he served as CEO of GMR Airports Ltd., Singapore, overseeing global strategy and business development. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at Tata Projects Ltd., GMR Group, and Larsen & Toubro.
