Mindspace REIT Declares ₹6.67/Unit Distribution, Reappoints Director

Mindspace Business Parks REIT (MREIT) announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board approved a distribution of ₹6.67 per unit, comprising a dividend of ₹4.17 per unit and a repayment of Holdco/SPV debt of ₹2.50 per unit, totaling ₹4,451.50 million. The Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit was declared at ₹565.1 as of September 30, 2026. Additionally, the company proposed a name change from "Mindspace Business Parks REIT" to "Mindspace REIT" and the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Kejriwal as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term. Certain HoldCos/Asset SPVs will opt for the new tax regime.
