RSWM Ltd Q2 FY27 Revenue Up 15% to ₹1,322 Cr

RSWM Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for Q2 FY27, reporting a strong performance with revenue rising 15.0% YoY to ₹1,322 crore and total income increasing 14.9% YoY to ₹1,331.8 crore. EBITDA surged 47.1% YoY to ₹116 crore, with margins improving by 191 bps to 8.7%. Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a significant jump of 3.9x YoY to ₹25 crore, with PAT margin improving to 1.8%. For the half-year ended September 30, 2026, total income grew 6.9% YoY to ₹2,502 crore, EBITDA increased 31.4% to ₹210 crore, and PAT rose 3.1x to ₹41 crore. The company highlighted operational efficiencies, a favorable product mix, and disciplined cost management as drivers of this growth, despite industry challenges. A key development mentioned is the strategic partnership with Spain-based NDS9 through LNJ NDS9 Global Private Limited, extending RSWM's denim business into finished garments.
