RSWM Ltd: Unaudited Q2 FY27 Results Declared

RSWM Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved a revised project cost of approximately ₹208.26 crore for a Denim and Knit Garment facility, an increase from the previously announced ₹186.30 crore. Additionally, the company plans to invest up to ₹46.24 crore in its subsidiary, LNJ NDS9 Global Private Limited, to maintain a 74:26 joint venture ratio. The company also approved the grant of 9,70,000 stock options to eligible employees at an exercise price of ₹146 per option.
