RSWM Ltd Revises Project Cost, Invests in Subsidiary

RSWM Ltd's Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company revised the project cost for its Denim Garment facility to approximately ₹208.26 crore, including a new Knit Garments facility in the first phase. Additionally, RSWM will invest up to ₹46.24 crore in its subsidiary, LNJ NDS9 Global Private Limited, to maintain a 74:26 joint venture ratio. The Board also approved the grant of 9,70,000 stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2026 to eligible employees.
