Mindteck (India) Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on May 19, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company and Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company & its Subsidiaries for the Quarter and Year ending March 31, 2026. The meeting will also recommend dividends, if any. Additionally, the company has announced the closure of its trading window from April 01, 2026, to May 21, 2026, in accordance with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, NSE letter No. NSE/CML/2019/11, and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
