Mini Diamonds Allots 117.8 Million Bonus Shares

Mini Diamonds (India) Limited has allotted 117,845,580 bonus equity shares of INR 2 each, fully paid-up, in a 1:1 ratio. This allotment follows a resolution passed by the Board of Directors on June 17, 2026, based on the record date of June 16, 2026. The bonus shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. The company's paid-up equity share capital has doubled from INR 23,56,91,160 to INR 47,13,82,320 post-allotment.
