Mini Diamonds Authorizes Ayushi Lunia for Stock Exchange Disclosures

Mini Diamonds India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has authorized Mrs. Ayushi Lunia, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, to make disclosures of material events or information to the stock exchanges. This authorization is effective from August 04, 2026, and is in addition to existing Key Managerial Personnel. The decision follows the resignation of Mrs. Archana Rajesh Agarwal from her roles as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The Board made this decision during its meeting held on August 03, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
