Bobros Consultancy Acquires 6.02% Stake in Minolta Finance via Rights Issue

Bobros Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd has disclosed its acquisition of 60,20,019 shares, representing 6.02% of the total share capital, in Minolta Finance Limited. This acquisition was executed through a rights issue on September 2, 2026. Prior to this, Bobros Consultancy held no shares. The transaction increased Minolta Finance's equity share capital from 10,00,00,000 shares to 50,00,00,000 shares. The filing is made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
