Yash Khuteta Acquires 21,000 Shares in Continental Securities

Continental Securities Ltd has received a disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, from Mr. Yash Khuteta, a member of the Promoter Group. Mr. Khuteta acquired 21,000 equity shares through open market transactions on September 10, 2026. This acquisition represents a minor increase in his and PACs' shareholding, bringing their total to 7,05,424 shares, or 2.23% of the total diluted share capital.
