Mirza International: Management Changes Approved

Mirza International Ltd. announced changes in management, including the appointment and re-appointment of directors, based on the Board of Directors meeting held on May 29, 2026. Mr. Ageel Ahmad Khan was appointed as a Whole-time Director effective June 1, 2026, for three years. Mr. Faraz Mirza and Mr. Tauseef Ahmad Mirza were re-appointed as Whole-time Director and Managing Director, respectively, for three years, effective August 12, 2026, and October 1, 2026, respectively. Mr. Tasneef Ahmad Mirza was also re-appointed as Whole-time Director effective October 1, 2026, for three years. All appointments are subject to member approval.
