Mishka Exim Ltd. has completed the dispatch of the Notice of the 11th AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. The dispatch was done through electronic mode to the members who have registered their email-ids with the Company/Depository participants(s). A letter providing a weblink of the Integrated Annual Report for the FY 2024-25 was sent to those members who have not yet registered their E-mail address with the Company/RTA/Depositories by Speed Post/Courier. The 11th AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (IST) at Le Chef, 3rd Floor, Cross River Mall, C.B.D. Ground, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. Shareholders can access the Annual Report on the Company’s website or the BSE website.
