Mishra Dhatu Nigam Approves FY26 Results, ₹1.25 Dividend

Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd's board approved the audited financial results for FY 2025-26 in a meeting held on May 29, 2026. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share (12.5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to member approval at the Annual General Meeting. The meeting, which commenced at 1100 hrs and concluded at 1415 hrs, also approved the standalone and consolidated financial statements.
