Miven Machine Tools Ltd has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 15, 2026, at 12:00 Noon via Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In line with recent regulatory relaxations, the notice of AGM, Directors' Report, and Auditors' Report will be sent to shareholders via email only. The company is providing an e-voting facility through Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). The remote e-voting period will be from September 12, 2026, 9:00 AM IST to September 14, 2026, 5:00 PM IST. The cut-off date for determining eligibility for e-voting and AGM attendance is September 8, 2026. CS Surya Prakash Perumalla has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
