MM Forgings Ltd: Authorized Capital Increased to ₹63.5 Cr Post-Amalgamation

MM Forgings Ltd has announced an increase in its authorized share capital to ₹63,50,00,000, comprising 6,35,00,000 Equity Shares of ₹10 each. This adjustment follows an order from the Honourable NCLT approving the consolidation of the authorized share capital of DVS Industries Private Limited with MM Forgings Ltd, as part of their amalgamation.
