Modern Insulators Ltd. to Approve Q3 2025 Financial Results on Feb 10, 2026

Modern Insulators Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting is scheduled in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from the date of the meeting until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
