Modern Steels Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Krishan Kumar Goyal as Chairman & Managing Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Dr. Surinder Kumar was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director, and Prof. Anupama Sharma was re-appointed for her second term as Non-Executive Independent Director. The company also appointed M/s. Sanjeev Sharma & Associates as Statutory Auditors for one year and announced the 52nd Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2026.
