Unicommerce FY26 Revenue ₹2,043.4M, Adj. EBITDA ₹438.6M

Unicommerce Esolutions Ltd has released its Annual Report for FY 2025-26, coinciding with the notice for its 15th Annual General Meeting. The report highlights significant growth, with revenue reaching ₹2,043.4 million, a 51.6% year-on-year increase. Adjusted EBITDA grew by 54.5% YoY to ₹438.6 million, and Profit After Tax rose 16.1% YoY to ₹204.6 million. The company achieved the Rule of 40 again and saw its cash balance increase to ₹812.8 million. Uniware added over 450 enterprise clients, and quick commerce volumes saw substantial growth.
