Modi Naturals Appoints New Secretarial Auditor

Modi Naturals Ltd announced a change in its Secretarial Auditor during a Board of Directors meeting held on July 6, 2026. M/s Deepak Bansal & Associates resigned from the position due to personal reasons, effective the same day. Subsequently, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. A.K. Verma & Co. as the new Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from FY 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also scheduled its 52nd AGM for July 31, 2026, and recommended the appointment of new Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Cost Auditors.
