Modis Navnirman Starts Construction of 136-Unit Project in Mumbai

Modis Navnirman Limited has commenced construction of its new mixed-use residential project, 'Rashmi Paradise', located in Malad (West), Mumbai. The project, spread across a 4,574.10 sq. m. plot, will feature two residential towers with approximately 136 homes, along with 23 commercial shops and offices. It will also include podium parking and a dedicated amenities floor. The Bhoomi Poojan ceremony marked the formal start of construction, signifying a milestone in the company's development journey. This project aims to integrate residential and commercial spaces, catering to evolving urban needs.
