MOIL Board to meet on April 29 for FY26 results & final dividend

Moil Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors meeting, originally scheduled for April 30, 2026, has been rescheduled to April 29, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider and recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26.
