Moil Ltd announced the incorporation of its Joint Venture (JV) company, MOIL MPSMCL MINING LIMITED, with effect from June 6, 2026. The JV, which has been allotted Corporate Identification Number U07293MP2026GOI084604, will be involved in the mining of Manganese Ore. Moil Limited will hold a 51% stake, while Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Limited (MPSMCL) will hold 49%. The incorporation received prior approval from DIPAM and the Ministry of Steel. The initial subscription involved cash consideration of INR 10 per share for 102,000 equity shares.

Moil Ltd has revised the prices of different grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective June 1, 2026. Ferro grades with Mn content of 44% and above are decreased by 6%. Other Ferro grades (below Mn-44%), Chemical grades, SMGR grades, and Fines are decreased by 5%. Specific ore codes of Fines (BGF534, KDF393, UKF532) prices are continued, while Ferro grade BG4584 is decreased by 10%. The basic price of EMD remains at ₹1,80,000/PMT, and EMD flakes at ₹1,71,000 for June 2026.

Moil Ltd has revised the prices of different grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective from May 1, 2026. The prices of all Ferro grades of manganese ore (Mn-44% and above and below Mn-44%), SMGR (Mn-30%), SMGR (Mn 25%), Fines grades, and Chemical grades have been decreased by 4% compared to the prices prevailing since April 1, 2026. The basic price of EMD at ₹1,80,000/- PMT has been continued for May 2026.

Moil Ltd, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has submitted its monthly business update for March 2026. The update reveals an increase in both production and sales of manganese ore for the month and the financial year 2025-26. The company's production for March 2026 stands at 1.64 lakh MT, up from 1.59 lakh MT in March 2025. Similarly, sales for March 2026 are at 2.02 lakh MT, compared to 1.56 lakh MT in March 2025. The cumulative production and sales for FY 2025-26 also show an upward trend, with the company producing 19.07 lakh MT and selling 15.89 lakh MT, compared to 18.03 lakh MT and 15.87 lakh MT respectively in FY 2024-25.

Moil Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Malewar as the new General Manager (Personnel) with effect from 4th April 2026. Mr. Malewar holds a B.Sc., PGDLS, and LLB degree and has been designated as the Head of Department. The appointment is in accordance with the service rules of MOIL.

Moil Ltd, in accordance with its business practice, has fixed/revised the prices of various grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective from April 1, 2026. The prices of all Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content of Mn- 44% and above have been increased by 15%. The prices of all other Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content below Mn-44% have been increased by 17.5%. The prices of SMGR (Mn-30%), SMGR (Mn 25%), and Fines grades have also been increased by 17.5%. The prices of Chemical grades have been increased by 17.5% as well. The basic price of Rs.1,80,000/- PMT of EMD has been continued for the month of April, 2026.
