Moil Ltd has announced its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 12:30 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI guidelines.
