Moil Ltd Announces Senior Management Changes

Moil Ltd has informed the stock exchanges about changes in its senior management team, effective August 1, 2026. Shri Sanjay Chaudhari, GM (Materials), is retiring due to superannuation. Smt. Gurupreet Patel, DGM (Finance), has been transferred to another department. Ms. Akanksha Singh, GM (Finance), has been appointed as Internal Auditor and Head of the Internal Audit department. These changes are in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
