Morepen Laboratories Ltd announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 26, 2026. The Board of Directors, in a meeting on August 4, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. A record date of September 19, 2026, was set for determining eligibility for the final dividend for FY26, subject to member approval at the AGM.
