Foseco Crucible Appoints 3 Directors, 3 Resign

Foseco Crucible (India) Ltd has announced significant changes in its board composition. The company has appointed Christopher Graham Lewis, Ms. Juliette Catherine Lowes as Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors, and Mr. Sunil Kumar Chaturvedi as an Additional Non-Executive, Independent Director. These appointments are effective from July 25, 2026, until the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Concurrently, the company has accepted the resignations of Mr. Henry Knowles and Mr. Mark Collis, both Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors, and Ms. Rashmi Joshi, a Non-Executive, Independent Director.
