Morganite Crucible India Ltd Announces Changes in Key Managerial Personnel

Morganite Crucible India Ltd (MCIL) has announced that Mr. Hanumant Mandale has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) due to the integration of MCIL and FIL, effective from 11 February 2026 end of Business hours. Mr. Mohit Mangal has been appointed as the new CFO with effect from the same date. Mr. Mangal is a qualified Chartered Accountant, MBA Finance and certified General Management professional with over 24 years of experience across diversified multi-cultural organizations, including over 11 years in CFO positions.
