Motherson Sumi Wiring Appoints Cost & Internal Auditors for FY27

Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited announced the appointment of M/s P.R. Mehra & Co. as Internal Auditors and M/s M.R. Vyas & Associates as Cost Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 1, 2026. M/s P.R. Mehra & Co. brings over 100 years of multidisciplinary experience, while M/s M.R.
