Motisons Jewellers Board Approves Auditor Appointment, AGM Date

Motisons Jewellers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 1, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. N.K. Aswani & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term starting FY2026-27, subject to shareholder approval. The board also re-appointed Mr. Sushil Kumar Gangwal, Mr. Sunil Chordia, and Mr. Vikas Kaler as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The 15th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026, with the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books closing from September 22 to September 28, 2026.
