Mphasis: Trading Window Closed for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Mphasis Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective from Wednesday, September 23, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
