This merger became effective on August 1, 2026. The second step, where AJE-DE will merge into MPS North America LLC (MPS NA), is pending and will be effective on a future date. Upon completion of both steps, MPS NA will be the final surviving entity, consolidating the businesses, assets, and liabilities of AJE-NC and AJE-DE.
