MPS Ltd: Karthik Bhat Khandige re-appointed Independent Director for 5 years

MPS Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Karthik Bhat Khandige as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective July 30, 2026, until July 29, 2031. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval via a special resolution. Concurrently, Ms. Ruvina Singh will cease her directorship on July 29, 2026, upon completion of her tenure. The Board also approved reconstitutions of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders' Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
