Prashant India Director Resigns Due to Commitments

Mr. Parth Mahendarkumar Pandya has resigned as an Independent Director of Prashant India Ltd. effective August 14, 2026. The resignation is attributed to professional and personal commitments requiring increased attention. Consequently, he will also step down from his roles in the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mr. Pandya confirmed no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated. The company has enclosed the resignation letter and required disclosures as annexures.
