Prashant India Ltd has announced the disposal of all Plant and Machinery and other equipment, scraps, residuals or any other equipment/ things of the erstwhile Textile Division of the Company situated at Palsana, as scrap. This decision was approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on 16th February, 2026. The meeting was conducted from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The disposal is in line with the resolution passed by shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on 27th September, 2023, and the regulations of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
