The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in line with current regulatory guidelines. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, and the re-appointment of M/s.
