NCLT Approves Amalgamation Scheme of ADI BPO with MPS Ltd

MPS Limited announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, has passed a First Motion Order approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of ADI BPO Services Limited with MPS Limited. The NCLT has dispensed with the meetings of shareholders and creditors for the Transferor Company (ADI BPO) and secured creditors of the Transferee Company (MPS Ltd). However, meetings for equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of MPS Ltd are scheduled for August 22, 2026. This order is a significant step towards the completion of the amalgamation process.
