Umiya Holding Acquires 500 Shares of Umiya Buildcon

Umiya Holding Private Limited, part of the promoter group, has acquired 500 equity shares of Umiya Buildcon Limited (formerly MRO-TEK Realty Limited). This acquisition, made through the open market, represents a minor increase of 0.002% in their shareholding. Prior to this transaction, Umiya Holding held 38.61% of the total share capital, and post-acquisition, their holding remains at 38.61% due to the small volume of shares acquired relative to the total diluted share capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 1,86,84,602 shares.
