Umiya Holding Acquires 500 Shares of Umiya Buildcon

Umiya Holding Private Limited, part of the promoter group, has acquired 500 shares of Umiya Buildcon Limited (formerly MRO-TEK Realty Limited) through the open market. This acquisition increases their total shareholding to 72,12,966 shares, representing 38.61% of the total share capital.
