Umiya Holding Private Limited, part of the promoter group, has acquired 12,000 shares of MRO-TEK NETWORKS LIMITED (formerly Umiya Buildcon Limited) through the open market. This acquisition represents 0.06% of the total share capital. Following the transaction, Umiya Holding's total shareholding in MRO-TEK NETWORKS has increased from 38.85% to 38.91%. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 1,86,84,602 shares.
