Umiya Holding increases stake in Umiya Buildcon to 38.78%

Umiya Holding Private Limited has disclosed an acquisition of shares in Umiya Buildcon Limited (formerly MRO-TEK Realty Limited) under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Prior to this acquisition, Umiya Holding held 72,46,667 shares, representing 38.77% of the total voting capital. Following an open market acquisition, Umiya Holding's stake has increased to 72,47,667 shares, now constituting 38.78% of Umiya Buildcon's total voting capital. The acquisition date is noted as September 17, 2026.
