MSR India Ltd to Consider and Approve Un-audited Financials for Q3 and H1 of FY 2025-2026

MSR India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025. The meeting will consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half-year ended 30.09.2025. The Company has also informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct shall continue to remain closed from 01.10.2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the said results.
