Kiran Thummalapalli Acquires 0.20% Stake in Mudunuru Ltd via Open Market

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Kiran Thummalapalli has acquired 65,451 equity shares of Mudunuru Ltd, amounting to 0.20% of the company's total voting rights. The acquisition took place between 24-02-2026 and 25-02-2026 through the open market. The company's equity share capital stands at Rs. 6,54,40,000/- divided into 3,27,20,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, both before and after the acquisition.
