According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Kiran Thummalapalli has acquired 6.54% shares in Mudunuru Ltd through the open market. The acquisition took place from 26-02-2026 to 23-03-2026. The total shares acquired were 21,40,781 out of which 36,115 were encumbered. Kiran Thummalapalli also holds 0.11% warrants/convertible securities in the company. After the acquisition, the total diluted share/voting capital held by Kiran Thummalapalli is 6.65%.
