Mukka Proteins Invests ₹64.9 Lakh in Swachha Eco Solutions

Mukka Proteins Ltd has approved a strategic investment in Swachha Eco Solutions Private Limited (SESPL) by acquiring up to 25.98% of its equity share capital for a maximum of ₹64,92,500. The acquisition, to be completed in one or more tranches, involves purchasing 26,500 equity shares at ₹250 each. SESPL is engaged in waste collection, treatment, and disposal. This investment is part of Mukka Proteins' strategy to expand its Waste Management segment. The transaction is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026. SESPL reported a turnover of ₹1,77,61,136 and a PAT of ₹(75,05,051) for FY 2025-26.
