Multiplus Holdings Appoints Two Independent Directors

Multiplus Holdings Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrs. Dhwani Jaspalsinh Solanki and Mrs. Shivangi Digant Shah as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. The appointments, effective September 8, 2026, are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Both directors have been confirmed not to be debarred or disqualified from holding such office. Following these appointments, the company has also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with both new directors appointed as Chairpersons of these committees.
