Munjal Showa: MCA Approves Hitoshi Fukagawa as Joint MD

Munjal Showa Ltd has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for the appointment of Mr. Hitoshi Fukagawa as Joint Managing Director. The approval, conveyed via a letter dated July 14, 2026, is for a period of five years, effective from May 29, 2024, to May 28, 2029. This follows a delay in the original application for which condonation was granted by the Registrar of Companies, Haryana. The MCA's approval was granted under Section 196 read with Clause (e) of Part I of Schedule V of the Companies Act, 2013. The company had previously disclosed an update on this matter on November 07, 2024.
