Munoth Communication Ltd. to Hold AGM through Video Conferencing on September 26, 2025

Munoth Communication Ltd. (Formerly Munoth Investments Ltd) has announced that its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:30 A.M through Video Conferencing or other audio visual means. This decision is in accordance with the MCA and SEBI circulars and the Companies Act, 2013. The AGM will transact businesses as set out in the Notice of AGM and no physical meeting will be held. The Company is providing facility to the members to cast their votes by electronic means, through CDSL on all resolutions as set out in the notice for the AGM. The remote e-voting will commence at (9:00 A.M. IST) on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 and ends at (5:00 P.M. IST) on Thursday, September 25, 2025. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 20,2025 to September 26, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
