Rajni Seth Acquires 0.82% Stake in My Money Securities via Transmission

Mrs. Rajni Seth, Promoter of My Money Securities Limited, has acquired 137,050 equity shares (0.82%) through transmission from her late husband, Mr. Govind Narain Seth. This acquisition falls under the exemption provided by Regulation 10(1)(g) of the SEBI SAST Regulations, 2011, for transmission, succession, or inheritance. The transmission has resulted in Mrs. Seth's shareholding increasing from 4.7% to 5.52%. Importantly, there has been no change in the consolidated shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group.
