Rajni Seth Acquires 1.37 Lakh Shares in My Money Securities

Rajni Seth, a promoter of My Money Securities Ltd, has acquired 1,37,050 equity shares through transmission following the demise of her husband, Late Mr. Govind Narain Seth. Her shareholding increased from 4.70% (7,90,300 shares) to 5.52% (9,27,350 shares). This acquisition is exempt from open offer requirements as it was by way of transmission/succession. The disclosure is made as her shareholding crossed the 5% threshold.
