N2N Technologies Appoints New CEO and CFO

N2N Technologies Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Mehul Parekh as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Mr. Firoze Kapadia as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Both appointments are effective from November 02, 2026. Mr. Parekh brings over 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and agro-industry, including serving as Managing Director of a pharmaceutical company. Mr. Kapadia is a seasoned professional with a strong background in agribusiness, strategic planning, and operational management, having worked extensively in West Africa. Both appointees are currently directors of the company.
